Karol is an associate in BCGL and a PhD student at the Catholic University of Lublin. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, as well as general advisory in corporate and commercial matters.
Karol routinely advises on a broad range of transactional, corporate
and commercial matters, such as share and asset deals, company
formations, mergers, demergers, transformations, commercial
agreements and corporate governance issues. He works in Polish and
English.
He has published several scientific papers in the field of corporate
law, civil law, and intellectual property law. He also serves as a
secretary and research and teaching assistant at the Department of
Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Lublin.
Prior to joining BCGL, Karol worked in transaction and corporate
teams at recognized law firms: GESSEL and LWW Łyszyk, Wesołowski i
Wspólnicy.
