Monika is a trainee attorney-at-law and a junior associate at BCGL.
Monika focuses on all types of debt financing transactions,
including acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance,
general corporate finance and refinancing transactions. She
regularly drafts and negotiates security documents and legal
opinions, and supervises the fulfilment of conditions precedent for
loan disbursements. She also advises on corporate matters.
She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at
the University of Warsaw with honors and took the entrance
examination for the legal advisor's apprenticeship with distinction.
She works in Polish and English, and is also fluent in Spanish.
