Aleksandra is an advocate and senior associate at both BCGL and dotlaw, a boutique law firm specializing in information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP) law, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory law (fintech and medtech in particular). She has several years of professional experience in providing legal advisory to corporate clients, tech companies in particular.
Aleksandra specializes in IP law and data protection. Aleksandra
participates in projects concerning the implementation of GDPR and
GDPR audits. She has authored multiple legal opinions concerning
various aspects of GDPR compliance. She enjoys conducting workshops
and training courses in the area of data protection.
Aleksandra routinely represents clients in proceedings before
governmental authorities and courts, including administrative
courts. She also participates in M&A transactions, where she
provides legal due diligence support in the areas of IP law and data
protection. Aleksandra studied abroad at the University of Salzburg
and California State University San Marcos as part of a university
exchange program. She works in Polish, English and Spanish.
Prior to joining dotlaw, Aleksandra worked for several years for the
data protection, corporate and M&A teams of Domański Zakrzewski
Palinka and Olesiński & Wspólnicy.
