Anna is an attorney-at-law and head of the restructuring and bankruptcy practice at BCGL. She has over ten years of professional experience in advising entrepreneurs (both debtors and creditors as well as investors) and managing matters related to restructuring and bankruptcy processes.
Anna is an attorney-at-law and head of the restructuring and
bankruptcy practice at BCGL. She has over ten years of professional
experience in advising entrepreneurs (both debtors and creditors as
well as investors) and managing matters related to restructuring and
bankruptcy processes. Her expertise covers all aspects of
restructuring processes, including supporting clients in determining
the best restructuring scenario, cooperating with bankruptcy and
restructuring officers, advising on liability of Management Board
members, and all issues related to the ineffectiveness of legal
actions taken prior to opening bankruptcy or restructuring
proceedings.
She also has extensive experience in resolution processes, as well
as in distressed M&A projects. Anna is the author of numerous
publications on restructuring and bankruptcy. She works in Polish
and English.
Prior to joining BCGL, she was a member of the restructuring team at
Rymarz Zdort. Before that she worked at NGL Legal, DLA Piper and
Zimmerman & Partners.
