Anna Zięba

Anna is a licensed tax advisor in Poland and an counsel in BCGL

Anna has over a decade of professional experience in providing tax advisory services to domestic and international clients. She specializes in tax matters in relation to M&A transactions, financing and re-financing of investments, business restructuring & reorganizations, management & employee compensation, as well as new technology (ICO, crowdfunding, etc.). She also supports clients in on-going tax compliance in their day-to day business, in particular in relation to withholding tax, employee secondments and assignments.

Anna has been a speaker at many conferences dedicated to tax matters, as well as CRS & FATCA compliance. She is also the author of several tax-related publications. She works in Polish and English.

Prior to joining BCGL, Anna worked for several years in the tax teams of leading Polish law firms, as well as for the international consulting company PwC in Warsaw, where she advised clients on a wide range of tax matters.
