Barbara Sobowska

Barbara is a transaction lawyer qualified to practice in the US, England and Poland, and an counsel in BCGL.

She specializes in private equity and venture capital transactions. She works with fast growing companies, individuals, corporations and venture capital funds on various international and local transactions. Barbara routinely advises clients on fundraising, market expansion, restructuring of business organizations, investment and shareholder agreements, JV agreements, and general corporate and commercial matters. She works in Polish and English.

Prior to joining BCGL, Barbara worked for several years in transaction teams at the Warsaw offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and White & Case, as well as the London office of Wilmer Hale where she advised clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic capital markets and M&A transactions.
