Bartosz is an attorney-at-law and a partner in BCGL with more than a decade of professional experience in transactions and general legal advisory in corporate and commercial matters.
He specializes in transaction advisory for private equity, venture
capital, and corporate clients, as well as high-net-worth
individuals. He also specializes in corporate reorganizations,
corporate governance issues, and corporate disputes. He has
extensive experience in managing, structuring and negotiating
transactions, both share and asset deals.
Bartosz routinely advises his clients in connection due diligence
processes, sell and buy-side transactions, investment agreements,
shareholder agreements, as well as in connection with various
commercial agreements. He works in Polish and English.
Prior to co-founding BCGL, Bartosz worked for over 10 years in the
transaction team of Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Warsaw, where he
advised clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic M&A
transactions (both public and private).
