Jacek Balicki

He is an attorney-at-law and a partner in BCGL. He has more than a decade of professional experience in transactions and general legal advisory in corporate and commercial matters. Jacek specializes in transaction advisory for private equity, venture capital, and corporate clients, as well as hight net worth individuals. He is also a specialist in transaction (W&I) insurance acting for both insurers and insured.

Jacek has extensive experience in managing, structuring and negotiating transactions, both share and asset deals, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, as well as in general legal advisory in connection with corporate and commercial matters. He works in Polish and English.

Prior to co-founding BCGL, Jacek worked for over 10 years in transaction teams of Weil Gotshal & Manges and Baker McKenzie, as well as for the international consulting company PwC in Warsaw where he advised clients on a wide range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions (both public and private).
