Jędrzej is an attorney-at-law, a counsel at BCGL and a founding partner at dotlaw, a boutique law firm specializing in information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP) law, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory law (fintech and medtech in particular). He has several years of professional experience in providing legal advisory to corporate clients, both as an external counsel and an in-house lawyer.

Jędrzej specializes in IT, IP and medical law and data protection. He has extensive experience in advising on various IT and IP issues, including negotiating complex IT contracts (implementation, maintenance, and licensing), projects concerning the implementation of GDPR and GDPR audits. Jędrzej also specializes in conducting audits concerning compliance with open-source software and develops usage policies concerning open-source software. He regularly acts as a data protection officer and advises on data protection issues.

Jędrzej has also broad experience in advising on regulatory issues in the areas of fintech and medtech. He has participated in numerous M&A projects involving companies from the IT sector. Jędrzej studied abroad at Charles University in Prague as part of a university exchange program. Jędrzej works in Polish and English.

Prior to founding dotlaw, Jędrzej worked for several years for Domański Zakrzewski Palinka and was the head of legal at Tooploox, a software company.
