Justyna Szuprowska-Antczak

She has several years of experience in advising entrepreneurs as an in-house lawyer. Justyna specializes in transaction advisory, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate matters for private and public companies. She routinely advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, such as share and asset deals, company formations, mergers, demergers, transformations, and commercial agreements. Justyna also has extensive experience in advising public companies in connection with regulatory matters. She works in Polish and English.

Prior to joining BCGL, Justyna worked for over 10 years in the corporate department of a large corporation.
