Karolina is an attorney-at-law and a senior associate in BCGL. She has several years of experience in advising entrepreneurs both as an external counsel and an in-house lawyer.
She combines expertise in both M&A and banking and finance. She
specializes in transaction advisory (in particular, for venture
capital clients) and corporate reorganizations. Karolina routinely
advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, such
as company formations, mergers, demergers, transformations, asset
deals, and commercial agreements. She works in Polish and
English.
She has also extensive experience in banking and finance
transactions advising on both the borrower’s and lender’s side,
specifically in relation to security documents.
