Monika is an attorney-at-law and a senior associate at BCGL. She has several years of experience in advising entrepreneurs as both external counsel and as an in-house lawyer.
She specializes in transaction advisory (in particular, private M&A
and venture capital), corporate reorganizations and general
corporate and commercial matters for private and public companies.
Monika routinely advises on a broad range of transaction issues,
including due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, as
well as corporate and commercial matters, such as company
formations, mergers, demergers, transformations, and commercial
agreements.
She also has experience advising on the borrower’s side in banking
and finance transactions, including aspects of public aid. She works
in Polish and English.
Prior to joining BCGL, Monika worked for several years in
transaction and corporate teams at the law firms act BSWW and SK&S
Sołtysiński Kawecki Szlęzak, as well as in the legal department of
the Polish Development Fund (Polski Fundusz Rozwoju).
