Olga is a senior associate at both BCGL and dotlaw, a boutique law firm specializing in information technology (IT) and intellectual property (IP) law, cybersecurity, data protection and regulatory law (fintech and medtech in particular). She has several years of professional experience in providing advice to corporate clients, tech companies in particular.
Olga specializes in IT, IP, medical law, and data protection. She
provides ongoing legal support to IT companies, including in the
negotiation of complex IT contracts (implementation, maintenance and
licensing). Olga participates in projects concerning the
implementation of GDPR and GDPR audits. She also routinely takes
part in M&A transactions, where she provides legal due diligence
support in the areas of data protection and IT and IP law.
Olga is a member of the data protection officer team at dotlaw,
where she works for clients from different sectors, including
fintech and medtech. She holds an internationally recognized CIPP/E
certification. Olga studied abroad at Charles University in Prague
as part of a university exchange program. Olga works in Polish and
English.
Prior to joining dotlaw, Olga worked in the IP and IT team of DLA
Piper and contract management team of Factor Law.
