Dominika is a trainee advocate and an associate at BCGL.
She focuses on transactional advisory, with particular emphasis on
private M&A and venture capital transactions, as well as general
corporate matters. She supports the transaction team in due
diligence processes and in the preparation and negotiation of
transaction documentation, including investment and shareholders’
agreements. She also provides day-to-day advice to clients on
corporate issues such as company formations, capital contributions,
and agreements with key management (including incentive schemes).
Dominika graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration
at the Jagiellonian University and in International Relations from
the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at
the same university. She also studied at the University of Warsaw
and Sciences Po Paris.
She works in Polish and English, and is fluent in French.
