Joanna is a trainee attorney-at-law and a junior associate at BCGL.
She is involved in assisting clients on various debt financing
transactions, including acquisition, project, real estate, corporate
finance, and refinancing deals. Her expertise includes drafting and
negotiating security documents and legal opinions, as well as
managing the fulfillment of conditions precedent for loan
disbursements. Joanna is fluent in both Polish and English.
She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration
at the University of Warsaw and is currently pursuing studies in
business finance and accounting at the Faculty of Management at the
same university.
