Kamila Szczygieł

Kamila specializes in court and arbitration proceedings related to civil and commercial law. She handles disputes involving share purchase agreements, enterprise sale agreements, investment and shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts. Additionally, Kamila has expertise in corporate disputes, including handling crisis situations such as shareholder conflicts or hostile shareholders' meetings. She has represented clients from various industries, including construction, logistics, aviation, energy, FMCG, creative, and new technologies.

Kamila also provides legal and strategic support to startups and small and medium-sized enterprises. She advises her clients on corporate matters and conducts negotiations with investors and business partners on their behalf.
