Michał is an advocate and a senior associate at BCGL. He has several years of experience advising entrepreneurs on transactional and commercial law matters.
His practice focuses on M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations,
and general corporate and commercial matters for both private and
public companies. He regularly advises clients on due diligence
processes, negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, as
well as corporate matters, including incorporations, mergers,
demergers, transformations, and shareholder disputes. Michał works
in Polish and English.
Before joining BCGL, he gained experience in the transactional and
corporate teams of Deloitte Legal, PwC Legal, and SKP Ślusarek
Kubiak Pieczyk.
