Wojciech is an associate at BCGL and a trainee attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
He focuses his practice on venture capital, mergers and
acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. He specializes in
transactional advisory, particularly for venture capital clients,
combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of business
and investment contexts. He received a special award in the XXIV
edition of the annual competition for the best master’s theses in
commercial law, organized by Commercial Law Review and Wolters
Kluwer. Wojciech works in both Polish and English.
Before joining BCGL, Wojciech gained experience at leading
international law firms and spent over three years at a venture
capital fund, where, as COO & Investment Manager, he coordinated the
entire transactional process from due diligence to closing and
managed a broad range of legal and operational matters.
